High-Traffic Checkout Redesign
- Redesigned checkout to reserve stock before payment with timed auto-release, eliminating "paid but out of stock" during flash sales.
- Owned the core implementation of this cross-service change (cart / API / shared-contract repo), resolving DB lock contention under burst load; shipped to production.
Credit Card Payment System (fincode)
- Built end-to-end card payment (saved-card management with 3D Secure, subscription billing, actionable error messaging) and standardized failure handling across 27 API clients, locked in with a VCR record/replay test suite.
- Fixed a production bug blocking card deletion after a subscription was cancelled, by scoping the guard to pending charges after verifying existing orders were unaffected.

- Designed a metadata-based table similarity algorithm using column names, data types, and tag embeddings for structural comparison across heterogeneous data sources.
